Booking conditions

Booking procedure

We ask for your personal information (first name, last name, IDCard, Address, contact phone and email). We require a fee for a maximum amount of 40% of the total prize’s reservation.

Booking cancellation

In case of having paid a deposit amount, when canceling a reservation, the amount received as a down payment will be reimbursed to the client, retaining as compensation a specified amount according to the date of the reservation. Likewise, if you have provided the data of a credit card as a guarantee, the client accepts the payment of the following amounts depending on the cancellation date:

No amount will be charged in the event that the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the day of entry into the apartment.

In the event that the reservation is canceled in a period of less than 30 days, the company may charge up to 40% of the total price of the reservation.

CANCELLATION COVID-19: In the event that the state, the autonomous communities or the relevant authority decree a situation of general confinement or limitation of general perimeter mobility for which the location of the reserved apartment cannot be accessed, 100% of the amount will be returned. paid out.

Price list by apartment and night

The valid prizes by apartment are the ones wich are in the web page of Apartamentos Turísticos Casa Germana (www.casagermana.com). Apartamentos Turísticos Casa Germana saves the right of modifying the price list as it deems appropiate and with no previous notice. The prices shown on this site include VAT.

Payment

A 40% is paid when the booking is done and the difference with the total hiring prize is paid on the check in.

Use of the apartment service

The client agrees to use the apartment service according to the Law, moral, good manners and public order. It is not allowed the access to unregistered persons without the approval of the manager. Animals in general are not allowed. For specific cases, contact us by phone.

Applicable Law and jurisdiction

The general hiring condicions are governed by the Spanis Law and the Decree nº 60/1986, 30th April, of Ordenación de los Apartamentos Turísticos of Principado de Asturias.
